if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by telephone or email within 3 days of receiving the artwork. the customer is responsible for returning the artwork to the TEN office within 14 days of receiving your purchase. once we have received the artwork + checked it has been returned in mint condition, payment will be issued within 30 days. options upon return includes: credit towards another purchase or a full refund. TEN reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery artwork



TEN insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. a signature will be required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased artwork passes to you. if you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them [or at that delivery address] is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by TEN and transfer of responsibility in the same way. please thoroughly check all deliveries on arrival as you will be held liable for any damages after signing for the delivery. in the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, contact us by telephone or email within 24 hours of the artwork being received. options upon return includes: replacing the damaged work [in the case of multiple editions being available], credit towards another purchase, or a full refund
