ORDERS

 

all orders are subject to acceptance + availability 

 

TEN reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, collectorplan not approved etc. we may also refuse to process + therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion

whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of artworks. if we discover an error in the pricing of an artwork, we will let you know as soon as possible. TEN shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil a purchase of an artwork that was advertised at an incorrect price + reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. if you order an artwork that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order. if you have already paid for the artwork, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. in the event that artwork is recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the artwork has been returned to TEN

 

RETURNS

 

if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by telephone or email within 3 days of receiving the artwork. the customer is responsible for returning the artwork to the TEN office within 14 days of receiving your purchase. once we have received the artwork + checked it has been returned in mint condition, payment will be issued within 30 days. options upon return includes: credit towards another purchase or a full refund. TEN reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery artwork
